Chat is never metered
Messaging, voice and video are unlimited on every plan including the free one. Limits apply to projects and leads, never to talking to your own team.
Your data is encrypted and yours
Message content and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. You can export it, and deleting your account deletes it.
Permissions are enforced on the server
Hiding a button is not access control. Scoping happens in the API, so a team lead sees their teams, a member sees their own records, and finance stays owner-only.
We document the limits
Background location wakes on the platform's schedule, not instantly. Group calls suit small teams. Where a limit exists we write it down rather than let you find it on a Friday.

What is Buzzflo?
Buzzflo is one platform for team chat, projects and tasks, CRM, field sales, invoicing and reporting. Its distinguishing idea is that any chat message can become a tracked task, so work that starts in a conversation does not get lost there.
Who is Buzzflo for?
Teams that mix desk work and field work: sales and distribution teams, agencies, service businesses and pharma field forces. It is set up so you only see the parts of the product your team actually uses.
Does Buzzflo work on mobile and desktop?
Yes. There is an Android app and a full-featured web client, and they stay in sync in real time. You can link your phone to the web client with a QR code or a six-character pairing code.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan covers a small team with a limited number of projects and leads, and chat is unmetered on every plan. Paid plans raise or remove those limits.
Can Buzzflo match my industry's terminology?
Yes. An administrator can rename core objects across the whole product, so leads become doctors, projects become campaigns, or tasks become activities, and every screen follows.
How is my data protected?
Message content and sensitive fields such as financial amounts and contact details are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access is scoped on the server by role, so a team lead sees only their own teams and a member sees only their own records.
